I have lots (a dozen or more) of sets of Medical uniforms stored since I retired. Many have holiday themes like Christmas and Halloween. I wear them once in a while when I do volunteer work but mostly they just hang out in a Rubbermaid in my storage locker. The jackets to the sets make great kitchen aprons and I am now using the tops and pants to make masks out of. Perfect material for it. Heads up, you can buy uniforms at the Goodwill really cheap for making masks.

One doc on the local news said we may be wearing them for up to 2 years!!! That not make me happy. I have enough trouble breathing when it's humid--most of the year here. I am only able to manage a mask for a few minutes.

So sorry, WFN, it's bad enough just wearing a mask, but when it affects your ability to breathe, that's a serious problem. 🧡

Dana and Cara, if you search YouTube, there are instructions for making masks without sewing. Perhaps you could get some ideas from there and make some cute masks of your own! 💛
