Woke at 220.8, down .2 from yesterday after a 36 hour fast. I can't seem to BUY the 2-teens anymore! LOL. Started the day with bodyweight and dumbbells, and large glasses of water and protein coffee. Targeting about 2300 calories today to end the month. UPDATE: Had 2.5 brats for lunch. Weighed 221.2 at 5 pm. Eating meatloaf, broccoli, and red wine for dinner. UPDATE 2: Done for the month. Just reviewed the last week's weigh-ins. I have never recovered from last Friday's BBQ dinner. I went from 216.4 to 220 and have not been back yet. That's an entire week despite evening out the calories in subsequent days. Troubling.
