Getting a good start after my 36 hour fast. Four egg omelette with sharp cheddar.

Looks good! I have 2 eggs left and some American cheese. Not going grocery shopping anytime soon so have been thinking about an omelet with those 2 eggs!

try start with some vegies and light fruits after a long fast. It'll be less harsh on the stomach.

Hi can you tell me more about the 36 hour fast? I just started logging my meals in to this app. Been doing good since then but right now I’m following a low carb, moderate protein and fat diet. Thanks

Good idea Draglist, think I try that too, I went over 30 carbs today think it was 32 and I average about 20 carbs a day. aim getting a bit lax on the diet and need a boost. BG is good though 102 mg/dl after dinner. ketones are: 2.4 so that's great got to keep that body fat burning.
