Woke at 225.8, up 2.2 from yesterday. I keep gaining and losing this 2.2 pounds every other day. I just found out I need to work away from the office for two weeks as someone who was at our office last week went back to Minnesota and was diagnosed with the virus. So, I have a lot of control. I'm going to do alternate day fasting for the rest of the month, starting today. That will help me get back on target by March 31. UPDATE: Coffee, water, and black tea all day. Got to 221.4 in the evening. I was cold all day!

They just closed the door to our office for the public, (I saw in my emails from office 365 at home) They are doing phone calls, emails for now and told the investigators to stay inside
