Ok then! First day of March and I have already blown the plan!
My food prep went out the window - I am reoganizing my house and it is taking too long to get my kitchen workable. Of course, I am sitting here with a free evening and wondering what I will do with myself for the next 6 hours or so before bedtime so maybe I should get some food put together...
No excuse - I am doing inventory in a bit and will prep for the week. measured container items are what work best, so I have to get some stuff out of the store room to have the food set up properly.
Guy friend has lost 18 pounds in the past 2 and a half weeks - he's noticeably thinner. So I am movtivated but I hope he doesn't get sick from his drastic regimen. He probably won't. Really would like to get to the 140's by April 3. Less than 8 pounds, it's technically possible I guess if I bump up the exercise to every day. I am working outside for the next few weeks so I have to get my mile marked and walk it a few times while I am out of the office.
Dancing 3 times this week, and busy working 50 miles away a few times this week also! Busy, busy, busy!
Hope you are having a good weekend!

It's easier for most men to lose than it is for women, so it's not right to compare (if you are), but I know you got this.

Hope you make your April 3rd goal! I do better when I set goals rather than just following my WOE and seeing what happens. With a goal I tend to stick to the eating plan better. Dancing is great exercise!
