Monday! People at work are feuding, it's kind of annoying that I am stuck in the middle of it, trying to get work done and listen to people complain. The new guy is good to work with, though, so that's helpful. Been forcing myself to get through the work that I have to finish for my coworker who died in January - it's rough.

Got some food put together for the day and really enjoyed the cauliflower pizza crust that I made! Gonna try it with nonfat cottage cheese next, and more spices. Something different for a side dish. Used cherry tomatoes and more mozzarella cheese for a topping.

Oh sorry about your coworker situation. You are doing so awesome though. I was still hoping for pix/report on all your food prep.
