Since the beginning of the year, I sharpened my focus on health.
I'm always striving to do better.
If you have a goal for better health, please keep that goal your #1 priority.

Sitting here thinking about time spent on FS since I joined, I'm truly thankful for all the support and friendships I've made along the way.
I'm blessed with a family who also supports me in all that I do.
My husband is an incredible human being who I have an unconditional marriage with.

For those of you, here, who need/want great support, you can absolutely find it @ FatSecret. Don't be afraid to share, don't be afraid to ask questions. We all begin our journeys from a starting point. Just reach for it. We can all accomplish what feels like an impossible battle.

Just speaking my mind for the moment. If you're reading, thank you.

Thank you so much, Angelgirl! You are such a treasure here on FS. Sometimes being vulnerable and sharing the hard things gives others the opportunity and freedom to share with less fear. We aren't any of us here because we have it all together. Well, maybe someone or another is perfect but sure am not. It is leaning on each other that gives strength.

Such truth in your words, Melissa. I can relate to being vulnerable. Fact is, as a member here on FS, this is the VERY FIRST time in my life I've shared my weight. Even with hubby! Mostly my embarrassment takes over. I learned I am who I am and that's that. Thank you for your support. I'm glad to call you friend :)
