Woke at 222.4, up .8 after breaking a three day fast with dinner last night. I have after-hours events on Wednesday and Thursday this week but planning to finish the month strong. That may involve some additional fasting this coming weekend. UPDATE: Got to 221.6 before dinner. More meatloaf and brussels sprouts on tap.
