Hmmm. This is fast becoming one of those days where the only time I'm not eating is when I am sleeping. Holy guacamole! (yes- I ate that too) :) Back on it tomorrow. At least I did legs this morning before church and walked for an hour at a state park. Up 2-3 lbs tomorrow and back down by Wed, and new "FS low" Thursday. That's what I am predicting. It makes me feel better about my calories today and reminds me that it's not the end of the world. I ❤ 🍕🍔🍟🥞🥨🥓🍩🍰!

I do that too. I reach a new low for me, and instead of it motivating me to get even lower and sticking to the plan that is getting me lower - eat and put weight back on. But you have a plan, a strategy which is not what I tend to do. I know it will work for you!

LOL- Thanks Bella. Thanks, Fritzy! I just ate after the gym and felt like I needed something sweet. And that feeling did not go away- even after finding a few oreos. (and 3000 other calories) I took a 40 minute nap and I think my body thinks it's the next day. I think I reset myself so if I haven't eaten since 4 pm- maybe I can do some damage control.

I just weighed in 7 pounds up from this morning. I like to weigh at night to kinda see where I might be. Oops. I thought I'd be up 4. Got my work cut out for me. I don't know if I want a crying emoji, or shocked, or a 🤷🏻‍♀️. Goodnight friends! 🥱😴

Thanks friends. The downside to posting a daily weigh in... That weird feeling you have to explain yourself to everyone. Heading to the gym. Cold rain mixed with snow. Makes me feel even more accomplished when I'm done-like saying anyone can go to the gym when it's NICE outside- you did it rain or shine. Ha. Happy Monday all.❄️💨🌨

You don't have to explain yourself to anyone! But, I'm pretty sure most of us 'get it' and stand around watching and thinking, "Gosh, I'm sure glad she has the guts to be honest!" 😁 I haven't been to the gym since we got home from our little trip to the beach. We got a bad cold and felt rotten... I still could have gone the last several days quite "easily." I'm going today... I am going today... Today...
