Thanks everyone! @binky do you lift weights? That’s how I got my arms like this. I bought Thinner Leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews and use his 3 day a week training program for women. This is the women’s book. Some days I have no choice but to use machines unfortunately. Mostly, as in all but maybe one workout a month, I use his program and lift as heavy as I can for 3 sets of 4-8 reps. Anyone without major health issues can do it ;).
