Woke at 223.8, up 1.6 from yesterday. Sort of pissed off about that... ate well yesterday, under goal. Will fast until dinner. UPDATE: Got back to 222.8 by 5 pm. Ate just over 1100 calories today, which is what I need to repeat daily if I'm to hit my 1525 per day goal for this month. Did not hit my protein number today, as the sausage I ate was more fat than protein. I'll have to try to eat protein first and then fill in the calories after that.
