Went out with my racing friends to celebrate a successful event. Had a 12 ounce prime rib with a half rack of ribs on the side, a loaded baked potato, and coleslaw. Drank Diet Coke at dinner, but had a few beers beforehand and some red wine at the hotel afterward.
