Can I get some advice please. I have become addicted to avacados. I put them in my salad every day. Not a whole 1, just half. Are they a detour to weight loss? Suggestions????

Avocados are great for you! But they're also high in calories. If you love them, eat them.... but in moderation! I also love them, and weigh out an amount that fits into my calorie limit (and for me, my carb limit as well).

I think they are good for you! Because I keep track of calories I usually have 1/3 of an avocado at a time. If I can afford the calories, maybe a half.
