I make lots of popsicles of all kinds. Even a couple that just so happen to be Keto appropriate. They are the perfect portion controlled treat, and everyone loves them. If I am fixing for a group I make 3-4 different kinds and everyone can choose.

The dragonfruit they sell in the Chinatown by me has white flesh. Would still look pretty though. Good luck! 🐉

Beautiful! The frost makes them look like velvet. Wish I had room in my freezer to do that.

Crazy cat chick— I use the CORE brand and the TAVLO brand. Both can usually be found at places like Ross’s Marshall’s and TJ Max. Or Amazon and are not expensive. I have the double one, but turns out they are not my favorite . I like the ones like shown in the picture or the shaped ones. I’m sure I have at least 50-60.. they are truly a terrific portion control..

I have one young friend (THE GENERAL) who loves cucumber lime, and her best friend likes strawberry kiwi, Dan likes coffee flavored and I like lemon buttermilk and traditional fudge. Endless variety, hundreds of great recipes. Even a mango/Tajin that everyone likes with Mexican food.

Shirfleur1– they have to stand up to freeze but once frozen I just pack them in baggies and stack them. I have two refrigerators, one for everyday things and one for things like flour and nuts and baked quick breads and ingredients that keep best under refrigeration, and expensive things like pecans when I get them on sale, spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce cubes which I make in bulk. Comes in handy.

Kenna, In my other life I had two large upright freezers. Now I live in an apartment with a tiny kitchen with a small refrigerator and even smaller freezer. No serious complaints just occasional little inconveniences. Your popsicles sound delicious.

Shirfleur1 — I get that. Only so much you can do with limited space.
