I'm very pleased with myself, as I made it through August's Houston Restaurants Weeks without gaining any weight. In fact, I actually lost 4.8 pounds, and I proved to myself that I can dine out with friends, have a glass of wine, eat a bit of dessert and not lose control. I had lots of fun, ate some fantastic meals and developed some good portion control skills. 😁😁😁
