"Danger, Will Robinson!" I can see all the signs of impending doom! For the past three days, I’ve been continuing to log everything I’ve eaten, BUT it’s been over 2,000 calories every day -- acceptable foods, but LOTS of them, all day long! It’s like I don’t know WHAT I want and nothing I eat seems to satisfy the illusive craving. I’m afraid – afraid that I’m going to go completely off course for months again.

It’s only dangerous when you stop tracking, because then it means you’ve stopped caring.

I agree with enr4. You are committed and that is at least 75% of what is needed. Difficult to change that many meds so your body will be adjusting for a bit yet.

I’ve been struggling with this, too!! I’m just barely staying on the wagon, but still logging calories. What causes this insatiable hunger? Ugh!!

My hunger has spiked up too over the last week or so. I think stress has something to do with it. It's really an uncomfortable feeling when used to not feeling hungry on keto. Thank heavens I've been able to refrain from eating junk. Although I'm not doing IF anymore because of it. Can't wait for the hunger to go away 😥.

Hang in there!! As was said, as long as you are tracking and weighing and recording you probably won't get too far off course. You are worth it. Keep fighting!!

Ive been going through the same thing with snacking in the evenings. It is driving me crazy.
