Weight up a half pound this morning, but I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing. I just haven't had a bowel movement for the past 4 days. I REALLY wanted to eat more last night, but I refused to go over on my carbs. Didn't swim yesterday, because when I had the procedure on Thursday, they said to just rest on Friday, so I did. Going today, Saturday and Sunday, so I'll get in my 5 days. Hope everyone has a great day!
81.9 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That is right. Getting all those leg and shoulder muscles working. You have great metabolism already and this will make it even better
