I got stuck in Annapolis, Maryland, at my doctors office (good checkup once I finally got there). It was too late to get home for a business call I needed to make so I ducked into my favorite diner to do it. Since I was there, I grabbed a meat lover's omelet, some broc, and some cottage cheese.

Yes! Ended up at about 1774 calories per day on average and a burn of 2900 plus. Higher than I wanted but once again showing that what some consider a significant deficit it not quite enough for me.

Thanks, HCB! Hanging in there! All the blood work was great. Even the testosterone panel I asked for came back normal. I was sort of hoping I might have something in there to show the weight gain over the past year but it wasn't low T...
