The poison ivy turned out to be a fungus, similar to athlete's foot but not on my feet. Been to the doctor and now I feel way better!
I have had no success getting myself disciplined to eat better. Working on it today but I only have 11 days til the reunion so here I am, weight unchanged.

Hope you had a good weekend - I did, lots of social activities!

I understand the lack of discipline! I'm trying again to find something that will work for me. Even though it's better/healthier if I don't eat processed foods I may try Lean Cuisines for lunch for awhile and get back to intermittent fasting, just having 2 meals a day

Sometimes a deadline is just what you need to crank up the motivation and discipline. It helps me.

Try something that fits your life , your family's if applies, and how you like to cook. Processed usually is not a good answer.
