Woke at 234.0, up 2.6 from yesterday after eating a lot last night, including red wine and some ice cream. Do not feel well, with an upset stomach and a good case of the sweats. Fasting today, so will try to clear out the garbage. UPDATE: Weighed 233.6 at 7 pm. Podcast tonight followed by live beta test with FatSecret!
