I’ve got my alarm set to call my doctor’s office at precisely 8am when they open tomorrow. They always reserve a couple of same-day appointments for whoever calls first. On my list of things to tell doc (BESIDES the depression) are that I get dizzy at least 10 times a day whenever I get up from sitting, my hair is falling out like crazy and I gained over TEN pounds in under THREE weeks! I know that last one was my own fault, but one of the anti-depressant medications he put me on DOES cause weight-gain. I’m praying he’ll have wisdom in tweaking my meds so I can be motivated, productive and disciplined again! I’ve done better the past two days, but still not NEARLY as well as I was doing prior to Easter. I’ll keep y’all posted. I want the OLD Debbie back!!!

I know you feel like the weight gain is your fault, but it very well might be one of many of the symptoms you've mentioned. Granted some is from what you ate but it could be your body was trying to tell you its missing something so your eating trying to find what it wants. Don't take all the blame until all test's are done. Make sure they check your thyroid. Read my post and you'll see why. Wish I could be there to give you a hug. Love ya
