I HAVE A STERNUM! I just discovered it a couple weeks ago. I have collar bones; and I also have individual RIBS that I discovered last week, and individual vertibrae on my back that I just noticed today! Here I am, trying to LOSE weight, and I'm getting all these "new" body parts! Oh well, there are several that have disappeared, too. Ya know that fatty hump on your neck in the back? GONE! (I hope you have NO IDEA what I'm talking about, because then it means you've never been "morbidly obese!") I also had humps on my forearms right before you get to my wrists. I used to not be able to "pinch an inch" ANYWHERE on my body, and now I can pinch it in all sorts of unexpected places! I actually wore a sleeveless blouse the other day, even though I still have "flags" that wave like Old Glory anytime I lift up my arms - solution, I didn't lift up my arms, DUH! All these NSV's are really exciting to me! I'm starting to FEEL like a slim person - not just in my thinking, but also when I actually FEEL these new body parts popping up every week. Who knows, MAYBE I even have hip bones under here somewhere!!!

I love these discoveries! Some of my recent favorite discoveries are: seeing the bones and tendons in my hands, feet, neck and the backs of my knees, and my shins are defined and not fat covered anymore. Yay you! Thanks for sharing
