Wow it must be roast day. I'm doing one too for the kids.. With red potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.

Ribs in the IP are great. I do mine 20 minutes, then NPR, slather them with sauce and under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Quick and easy and so delicious!
