Woke at 233.6, up 3.0 from yesterday after eating out (including dessert). Will target approximately 2000 calories today and then will fast on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with eating days on Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend. UPDATE: Got to 232.8 before dinner. Did not drink enough fluids today. Close to calorie goal to stay within the overall target.
