Made Spaghetti Squash again for lunch. SO DELICIOUS! I had four 1-cup servings of the squash left over and plenty of sauce to go with it. Serving was 1 cup squash with 1 cup of the homemade sauce (using Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce as a base + pork sausage + onions + black olives). TOTALLY worth all 505 calories, 15.38g NET carbs and 41.6g of fat! Today is a "fruit too" day, so not worrying about carbs, but even if I WAS, I could still fit this into a day of 30g or less. This is SO good, it's like eating in a fancy restaurant!

It looks delicious! As for fruits, I get a bag of mandarin oranges periodically. They're easy to peel, only 49 calories each, and delicious. (Those bags marked "Cuties" are mandarin.)
