Two Pecan Cream Cheese Pancakes (pic doesn't show all) with 2 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon. This week, I'm going to focus LESS on the Swimsuit Challenge mini's for 5 servings of fruits & vegges and staying within Net Carbs, and go more for FULL-ON Keto! This breakfast, 8.1g FIBER; 5.66 NET Carbs, 77% Fat and 583 Calories. Need my weight to start dropping again, and more QUICKLY! I still have a 7-pound average for four weeks, but I actually GAINED a tad this week!
