Woke at 232.6, down 1.8 from yesterday but nothing to celebrate. Body water percentages have been way above normal this week, causing the extra weight. Just going to keep plugging along. UPDATE: Lots of water and other movement at work led to a nice 229.4 weigh-in when I got home from work. Denise had a bunch of steaks cooked up and I ate two of those and the rest of the Italian spiced pork chops. And of course, I had to enjoy several glasses of red wine with that wonderful meat!

Like you say, the water weight is up. The real number to concentrate on is body fat percentage. Actually with higher water weight, you are probably seeing lower BF% right now.
