Debbie Cousins's Journal, 14 Feb 19

When I weighed in this morning, I'd lost another 1/2 pound, but I was kinda discouraged for a MINUTE, because it is taking "so long" to RE-Lose those couple pounds i put on. Then, I saw the little note FS put on about my rate of weight loss. It said that if I continue at this rate, I will reach my goal in three weeks! That sounds pretty exciting. Maybe slow and steady isn't so bad afterall.

I've learned that I can put on the weight so easily; but when it comes to losing that week, that is a struggle. You got this

It is ironic that it does seem to come on so much faster than it comes off. I'm sure there is some mathy scientificy explanation but the bottom line is it just sucks.
