A nice 31 oz. steak Bistecca shared with my better half Friday the 11th..almost a cross between a steak and a small roast. Don't usually post food pics but was inspired by @Draglist and this was a very tasty beauty. Big calorie input day offset by a couple of high calorie output days before & after.
