DELICIOUS BREAKFAST with zero carbs! I got an individual "Peppered Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon" (6oz) from Kroger. I removed the bacon, and fried it separately, so I could cook my steak to rare/medium-rare. I used to dip toast into my egg yolks, but STEAK is even better! Breakfast fit for a queen, and NO CARBS. I've also figured out how to make an excellent glass of "sweet tea." I use my Keurig and select the smallest size cup it will brew. I place TWO teabags into the cup, let the hot water cover them, and then steep for 3-4 minutes. Then, I take a full glass of ice, and pour the hot tea over it, and stir in two packets of SweetLeaf Stevia. Again, ZERO carbs! Felt like I was having breakfast at a fancy breakfast (except that I had my pajamas on, and was sitting in my recliner). Ahhhh, this is the life!

Do you think protein bars are good and if so which one would be the best

Looks very good. You can cook. Perfect doneness on all of that

@liv001, Thanks! If I hadn't taken the bacon off and cooked it separately, either the steak would be OVER-done or the bacon would have been UNDER-done. It should be a crime to over cook filet mignon!!! @moustrap80, personally, I think the Atkins protein bars are the best, because they are the lowest in Net Carbs. Some others would take up your WHOLE day's allotment of carbs! My favorite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter ones with only 3 Net Carbs! You have to be careful with the Atkins products, though, because the Protein is SO high, that it makes it harder to get your Fat percentage above 60. Which reminds me, I have a GREAT recipe using the Atkins bar that I will make NOW and post in my Journal (or maybe in the "Daily Accountability 2019-2" Challenge)! Thanks, @jan-e333, I thought it was pretty, too!
