ATKINS PEANUT BUTTER TURTLES
Healthy & Delicious Chocolate & Peanut Butter Melted Between Two Pecan Halves

Just TWO ingredients: Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar and 24 Pecan Halves.

Each tasty morsel has only .37g Net Carbs (less than 1/2 gram!); 42 Calories; 3.35g Fat; 1.3g Fiber and 1.65g Protein

Just cut Atkins bar into 12 equal pieces. Into the microwave, put a plate covered with parchment paper. With the plate already on the turntable, carefully place twelve pecan halves with the flat side DOWN. Top each with one piece of Chocolate PB bar, then press a second pecan (curved side UP) onto the top. Microwave for about 20 seconds until you can see the chocolate beginning to melt. Remove from microwave, and press pecans firmly together. Cool briefly in the fridge, then transfer to a ZipLock bag and store on the counter.

Thanks @Koshka-_- and @Judyrose1997. For me, it's like having a half of a "real" candy bar! It's great to have SOMETHING yummy for when the sugar-bug bites.

Oh, these do look scrumptious, but turtles are one of my favorite binge treats. I could not stop at just one or two ... or five. Twenty-four pecan halves, dressed up this way, would be 8.8g net carbs, 31.2g fiber, but also 1,008 calories.

Miraculum, you could try FREEZING them, and only take out one or two a day to eat.
