Okay, okay, c'mon now drag, that looks amazing. Reminds me of a recipe i have been meaning to try (for literally years, lol) -- i think it is called "joe's special." From a restaurant in SF, CA. It has eggs, spinach, ground beef and parmesan cheese, and maybe worchestershire sauce?. I saw it way back when on a cooking show - tyler florence recommended it. Then i realized years later that it was also in my most-used learn-to-cook "bible" -- the fanny farmer cookbook. Ty for the reminder!
