Woke at 233.8, down 4.2 from yesterday. Doing a Fasting Friday today, so I am hoping to accelerate the water and weight loss. It is crazy that I am hoping for the 220s again. Today it's black coffee and water. I'll break the fast with breakfast on Saturday. UPDATE: Got to 233.0 at 6 pm. Should be a little lower by morning. Denise came home with kebabs from our local place. They smelled great! May just have to eat some of that for breakfast!
