I am on this losing weight journey to be a better me. All my life, I have been heavy and ok with it for the most part. But now that I am older, I want to be more healthy. My goal is to eat right, move more, and feel better. I don't care if I ever get model small because I feel beautiful no matter my size. I just want to avoid all the health issues that come along with being heavy. This journey of mine will take time so I promise myself to take it day by day and just enjoy the results as they come. I will not beat up on myself or give up when results don't come as fast as I would like them to come. I will continue to love me and push myself to be the best that I can be.
