Rain finally quit..colder temps this morning..good Sunday morning...rain again Thursday...or so they say...haven’t been getting out all that much..do get out on drive for movement from time to time..just has to warm enough to tolerate outside time...good thing I don’t live in a colder state...I have the layers to wear outside...just little voice tells me...why go outside and leave warm house...good little voice..

Plan today...zwift ride...only need 3 miles to hit weekly miles...hit my yearly mileage yesterday...2517... with 17 to spare..would of been higher if I hadn’t lost 2-3 months recovering..but improvements have came from it...rode box hill on zwift yesterday...rode it in oct and set achievements...yesterday’s ride was 3 minutes faster getting up the hill...so never for me...

Tomorrow is Walmart day...and making wise choices...lol...

Welp...time to get up..and move...been hitting 10000 in steps or close...lots of getting out of recliner...and moving about...or layering up and getting outside time..nice thing about zwift...it’s strengthening my legs up making walking easier..lost so much muscle while I was recovering...and the recovering still goes on..something that most people that suffer..even though they do their best to stay active...

Way to go Mike...recovery is never easy!! Nice job on Box Hill too!! Jon's mix on zwift for me in a bit...it will be a little tougher with my higher FTP & last time it was an epic fail...no pain, no gain I guess...

Been baking more...think it’s just boredom...cookies are lasting longer...might even give em away...made 4 hamburgers...ate one..put rest in fridge...chicken is thawing...just prepping for the week today
