Made some 90 second Microwave bread tonight to make a ham and cheese sandwich. Haven’t done that in a while!

It's so awesome there are keto versions of food that people can enjoy.

I bet you enjoyed that dinner, too! Can't beat ham and cheese with mayo (and a bit of vino)

I found a recipe online for the 90 second bread. It looks pretty easy. I'm sure the texture is different that wheat bread, but I'm going to give it a shot this weekend.

Can you use other kinds of flour as a substitute for almond flour? I'm not doing keto so it doesn't matter if it isn't low carb.

Cooking with coconut flour is not a one-to-one replacement. It absorbs WAY more liquids than almond flour so you need a LOT less. It's basically a whole different recipe.
