Woke at 229.6, up .6 from yesterday. No immediate breakfast today as I’m getting blood taken before work. Had bacon and eggs when I got to the office. A pack of tuna and a ketone bar at lunch. Probably 228 something when I get home. UPDATE: Came in the door at exactly 228.0. Pulled together whatever I had in the kitchen for dinner. Came away with pretty good macros. I need to do cook up some steaks each weekend to have them ready!
