Using the Tim Ferriss 4-Hour Body book. Here is my slow carb breakfast for today. Four eggs and some lentils which I cooked last night. Always need to eat 30g of protein within the first half hour of waking. It will be interesting and fun to try this.

that's funny your first day on the program and you forgot to eat! Good luck with this, I know you tend to be more freelance with your eating it will be interesting to see how you work this more strict rules of eating into your lifestyle. gosh knows complex carbs could be good for keeping full.

More power to ya. Although I love lentils and eggs, I couldn't stand having to eat first thing in the morning. It takes me at least a couple hours just to get to coffee.

Hi Draglist, I scramble eggs with butter every morning for breakfast, it takes less than 15 minutes to cook and eat them. Whole food vs. processed.
