Woke at 224.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. Running like crazy today so back downstairs for a quick chicken salad for lunch. UPDATE: Met a British Agile Development expert for coffee in the late afternoon and then we went and attended a meet up in Tysons Corner, Virginia. They had subs and pizza. I ate the insides of two subs and a pizza topping. Did not get home until after midnight, but was 222.4 coming in the door. Snacked on some lunchmeat, cheese, and nuts before bed.
