Woke at 223.2, up 2.0 from yesterday. Went to a happy hour last night and ate a little steak and veggies, but then ate pork roast and cabbage late. And then I got into some of Denise's Fiber One bars. Whiskey leading to bad judgement! UPDATE: Presented at a conference this morning, so I got eggs, bacon, and sausage to start. Very, very regular after the Fiber One products last night. Fasted through lunch. Came in the door at 221.4. Finished the pork roast and cabbage for dinner. Still finished under 1200 calories for the day. That will catch me up to my 1900 per day goal. Added Ashwagandha for thyroid support and to help me settle down before bed.
