@kaylin, I do normal yoga too. Working on headstands to hopefully handstands. @chrisw all of the above.

@kaylin depends what you like. I did power yoga for a long time, Bikram (hot) yoga for a little bit, now I really really enjoy ashtanga which is a kind of vinyasa (one breath one movement)

Yea, I’d like to know how you keep the cushions on the couch. Velcro?im sure the celing mounted couch is a conversation starter when you have people over. :-)

So freaking awesome! Can you teach me to stand on the ceiling like that?? (Joking 🤪) And the furniture thing too. Would make vacuuming so much easier and faster!! No more cat hair on my couch!

Oh... now you're just 'showin' off' (LOL!) - Glad you're able to accomplish this... I usually fall and break furniture when I try to get my knees up/off my elbows.

@moopie I’m a dance teacher, so I guess that helps! 😂 My daughter is working towards getting this down too for Acro. She is still working on holding her tripod though. She’s 8. I think I’ll join her when she practices this from now on. 😊

@kaylin yoga looks easy but it’s best to start with a good instructor. If you do it without properly aligning the body you can hurt yourself.
