Thank you HCB— 115 is my normal weight. At the time I joined FS I had been on a vacation for several weeks in the South West eating where ever we could find something decent. So I had gained about 8 lb. I have always kept track of my Nutrition’s because I have a hard time eating a healthier diet and keeping my weight up. I have just stayed with it. My WOE is pretty much 40% carbs, 35% fat and 25 % protein. I have no food restrictions— ima portion control, moderation in all things person.Calorie goal is to stay ahead of my calorie burn. I swim everyday and that burns calories. The days I have classes all day I try to keep my calories in check.. bye
