Meet a friend for lunch between classes yesterday. Chinese food. I love it but it takes two days to dilute the salt out but it tasted really good. Two days of eating lunch out is a killer (literally). Salt, salt and more salt.

I don’t do it often. I don’t like that feeling of being swollen and bloated. soo not good for your heart— I can literally feel my BP rise.
