I been spermintin using spaghetti squash in the place of lo mein. We love and miss Chinese buffets but are adapting real good. Looking to learn to make cauliflower rice to save carbs. My total carb I take goal is 60 grams a day so avoid pastas, mashed potatoes and rice. Cauliflower works for the mashed taters and spaghetti squash has replaced regular spaghetti pasta and lo mein. Rice? We’ll see.

Dawnie, Aldi is over near the airport in Asheville. Next to the new Bojangles, across from Verizon. There's also one in Hendersonville, but I work in Arden, so I just come home that way I stead of I-26. Brevard is supposedly going to get one soon. I'm hoping so!

Oooh Brevard needs one! Their prices are so much better than Ingles and Bi-Lo. I always make a trip to Hendersonville’s Walmart to stock up so I don’t have go to Ingle$

I'll hit the sales at Bi Lo or Ingles, but I either shop at Walmart in Arden or Aldi when I'm on my way home. I only work 3 days a week tho, so I need an Aldi here!!
