Muscles. I heard it's proteinaaaaa. But chicken fried steak works. Carbs are muscle sparing and give the best most fast acting energy. They are stored directly in the muscles as well as liver. Side effect of being stored in muscles is Fuller guns and more prominent veins in my experience.

Lol thanks diablo! I’ve heard it’s protein too but I can’t find a protein snickers bar yet 😭. Guess I’ll have to put more beef on the menu. Carbs make filler muscles huh... love those too so not a problem there. It’s cutting the fat back to get P/C that’s my issues. I fine I like fried eggs and butter on my corn and toast too much (although I cut it out on the corn!).
And just a funny here... I was telling hubby about some of your posts. I’ve shown him pictures in the last from your journal. I think it’s kinda funny how you, a man, are being ogled like fit females tend to be 😳🤪. Although I think men enjoy it more but to me it’s entertaining imagining you blushing when you read the comments :).

I’ll have to try that Chris!! My onc said that sugar makes cancer grow if you have a tumor. I also heard that broccoli fights tumors. So... if I eat broccoli before the snickers do you think it cancels out the sugar?? (No tumors but I do try to cut back on sugar so in case I have a recurrence I won’t be feeding it 🤔😉) I’ll have to ask my oncologist next month 🤪😁.

Lol, Peeper I do get a kick out of it. I mean that's one of the reasons I post pics, whatever it takes to keep the motivation going it gets harder as you get leaner. I do blush a bit, thanks for all the comments, everyone. 💓

So, I never weigh my Ben and Jerry's cause I figure they can't really put too much ice cream in the pints but I did today and the count was actually 642 calories instead of 600. Stay safe everyone, lol.
