I weighed in yesterday. The scales showed no weight gain or loss which was actually a win for me. I had gained some pounds from the events, birthdays and the 4th of July feasts. I decided not to log that weight gain because it probably was mostly water weight and would just irritate me every time I looked at it. Ugh!
Using IF, exercise and stricter calorie control, I did come out even to my previous weigh in. I have lost 11 inches overall from June 8th to July 3rd. Wish it was in body places I really wanted to lose but I'm not complaining. Also, FS shows I'm in the green for my last few weigh ins. Feeling like I'm winning :)
Try to find the good in everyone and everything, especially yourself. Life is too short not to enjoy every minute!
