All:
Good wishes and I hope you are doing well.
I stopped doing weigh-ins and scales an all that. It was frustrating to see ups and downs and created anxiety on days where the weight was up. So, for awhile I am sticking to 1500 calories a day and about 50-60 carbs and I know that will make me lose weight as I have done it before.
So, I pulled out a pair of old jeans about 6 sizes smaller than I am now and once a week I put them on. Hmmm, every week they get a bit more comfortable. Still, far away from being able to even button them , but I always feel some progress.
During the week , I don't think about scales or pounds or weigh-ins. It has been more reaxing. Let see what happens.

Turn up the heat! This here is Cajun catfish made with Hungarian "hot" paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, salt and garlic. And, some green stuff including broccoli with butter and green beans with a few bread crumbs on top.
Oh my this hit the spot.

Did you know? If you cut up and freeze ripe bananas and then put into food processor , they turn into ice cream. Nah? Well, yes. I made some today. Next time I'll show picture.
I added a couple of almonds and some almond milk and after processing I put back into freezer to make more hard. And, yes, it tastes good. Now, bananas are high in carbs so I made a 4oz batch and ate 2 oz worth. it was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and it was about 11 carbs.
I know they sell low carb - no carb ice cream but I wa sin the mood for something natural without Swerve or Stevia. Here is a link to a website that shows how.

All:
I miss cereal - I try to ration out 5 mini-wheats with two oz of milk but it looks pathetic in a bowl. I have to watch because I can binge on cereal and whoops, there goes the package. So, I kind of stopped buying it.
So , I see this ad for Keto cereal. In most cases I am always suspect especially from my experience with trying low carb bread (admit it - it is not bread)
Anyway, has anyone been brave and taken a stab at this low carb- Keto cereal from the Cereal School???? It looks like they use milk protein isolate which is milk with the lactose and sugar removed along with Allulose and monk fruit for sweetener. Kinda looks like Corn pops.
I might take the dive but I don't want to jump in from the shallow end of the pool:)

Okay, I don't think my last post worked but if this is a duplicate my apologies.
I made a crock pot dish of beef, carrots, onions and potatoes. I portioned it into five fairly equal servings using my food scale.
It worked out to be about 320 calories and 26 net carbs per serving. A little heavy in the carbs maybe I'll try less potato or a substitute like kohlarabi,
Sorry, about the bad pic - I need practice.
Stay safe everyone!
