All:
I just finished cooking a big pot of unstuffed cabbage. There are many recipes out there but the secret ingredient is to add a 1/2 cup or so of beef broth. I will put into 8 small containers as it freezes really well.

I tried a low carb pizza dough recipe. It only has a few ingredients: almond flour, coconut oil, eggs and sea salt. I topped it with sausage and mushrooms.
Verdict: Tastes like dirt.
So I did some more research and I see everyone raves about Fathead pizza dough. So, I will try that one next but leave this one alone!.

Okay, here is another attempt at making crepes with a different recipe. The tsate is a bit more spongy and complex as it has cream cheese in it. I like to make them big as I think it is simpler.
Bring on the strawberry chia jam.

I am cooking down two pounds of strawberries into a sweet chia jam that I will use to fill my crepes. YUM Just cut up two pounds of berries, add 1/4 cup of water, squirt of lemon, non-sugar sweetener and cook for 5-10 minutes. I usually take my immersion blender and make it smooth but you can mash if you want. Then I add a few tablespoons of chia seeds that will gel-up and make it thicker when it cools.
