I am a 42 year old man. that being said I like dragons and I feel like I am fat, thus One Fat Dragon. I drive a lot, I am on the road constantly traveling between accounts. My physical activity is limited and my work hours are so sporadic that scheduling anything is a nightmare. Apparently between my lifestyle, my job and my hobbies, or lack there of I have become to large for my own good.

I have been looking for ideas and support. My family is supporting me to a degree. I say degree because my wife is having to do a completely different diet due to iron deficiency, and because she has a problem about the textures of certain foods. I am hoping to not only find people who are willing to work on losing weight in a similar manner as me, but people who also understand that it is easier to achieve your holes when you have others cheering you on.
