Thank you everyone for your encouragement.
Ok finally starting to feel better stuck to my meal plan and kept working which is one thing that has helped me keep on my plan. I have been to busy to think about food or try to snack.
I do have a tendency to want to snack every now and then, but i have been making healthy choices when i get the urge. I will have air popped popcorn or rice cakes instead of something bad like the cake sitting in my fridge right now.
I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow and seeing how i am doing.

I have been sick but staying on my meal plan and working still. Exhausted as soon as I get home everyday but still dedicated to losing the weight. Maybe being sick will help some. My calorie burn has been great and I been keeping my food log as up to date as possible. So I am feeling good about myself and looking forward to seeing my progress, but really just want to take a day and sleep all day too.

Today was a bit of a trial, both on a work level and on a getting healthy level. I wont go into boring details, but lets just say a stressful day would have been pleasant. So I did not get to follow my meal plan for today. But I think I will be able to start tomorrow without fumbling things up to bad.
